About Us

Our story began in 2010 in the Amazon of Ecuador where Alex (pictured above) worked with rural farmers to dig holes and create a global market for a plant called, guayusa. In the Amazon, Alex began studying applied behavioral science and learned about the lasting power of community-driven change.

Since 2010, We have been supporting organizations and communities across the globe through a process of discovery, growth, and change. We help organizations better understand and connect with the people they serve.

We work to engage our clients in meaningful dialogue and breakdown silos in communication. We specialize in collecting data that promotes movement and facilitating conversations that encourage taking risks. We offer tools to better hear from diverse demographics and find new organization alignment.
